Can you write the next England Song?
The Sun newspaper is looking for a new Anthem for this years World Cup? Can you write a decent catchy chorus?
THE FA can be so boringly predictable – and we’ve got to shake them up because England’s official World Cup song is at stake.I’ve seen the latest wish list of artists the Football Association are now chasing to record England’s World Cup anthem — and the names are so obvious, it’s a joke.
What we need is another World In Motion, NEW ORDER’s catchy 1990 World Cup tune.

St. George he slew the dragon in romantic days of yore and his the cross of red and white the great Crusaders wore. Now he’s got a football team who really know how to score fo Victory for England as in days of yore.

I heard this the other day on a television programme and i thought it was brilliant, defo should be the anthem!
